Despite his bad reputation - or maybe even because of it - I have liked this horse straight away when he has arrived in spring 2011!
It was on advice of our great friend Josef Assaf that his owner from Saudi Arabia, Mr. Belal Ghazzawi, entrusted him to me. Thanks again Josef and Belal!
He was a very careful jumper (video CS Vilvoorde 2011 below), but indeed not what we would call "fighting for his rider"...
Although he had to deal with me as a naturally slow rider, he has won one day that same year a three-horse jump-off beating our fast friends Filip Lacus and Dayro Arroyave.
When he was leaving our yard again a few months later, my wife Charlotte and myself we stood there crying like babies...
I am delighted to know that he enjoys retirement now with my friend Josef!
Today he is 20 years old!
