When we've agreed with breeder Erik Vandewiele in 2007 to invest in Isaura (Indoctro x Clinton), she wasn't even born yet! And for sure we didn't know then that her half sister AD Camille Z would jump WEG (Caen 2014) and that her (one year younger) full brother Christy JNR would become a 1m50-60 winner with Bertram Allen...
When she started showing at 5 years of age with our friend Filipe Viegas (picture), we didn't expect her to become a brood mare - that fast!
But due to an injury we had to change plans and finally we shouldn't regret: In partnership with first Elevage des Sequoias and then Stal den Bisschop we've had some beautiful foals out of Isaura as, among others, Camilo des Sequoias (by Cicero Z) or Tricia LJH vd Bisschop (by Comme d'Api vd Hacienda)!
A few months ago only we have resold Isaura to France.
Today is the day to say: Happy 12th Birthday, Isaura du Coeur des Collines!! We will never forget you!
