LUTZ JUMPING HORSES is thrilled to announce the purchase of two young stallions bred at Stal de Kalvarie from owner Karel Geens!!

These are Narco de Kalvarie (born 2013) and Otello de Kalvarie (born 2014). Both of them will be saddle broken during the next few weeks at Francois Bossu's and Louis Mahieu's Willows Stables.

Narco de Kalvarie is a son of well-known stallion Stakkato who was performing in 1m60 Grand Prix with German rider Eva Bitter.

Rinnetou Z, Narco's maternal grand dam, also jumped on international top level (with Dutch legend Piet Raijmakers). Rinnetou is not only Narco's grand dam, but also from All Star 5, current top horse of Ireland's Denis Lynch, as well as dam of Zangersheide breeding stallion Chardonnay Z (Caretano Z). Don Darco de Bornival Z who won the 2015/16 Pavo Hengstencompetitie for 6 years old stallions comes out of that same dam line as well.

Otello de Kalvarie is a son of Gemini xx; Gemini who is the clone of Gem Twist (video below), individual and team silver medal with American Rider Greg Best at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul!

Otello's dam Ines de Kalvarie jumped herself up to 1m40 in international Young Horse competitions before being used exclusively as a broodmare. Ines is a daughter of Wandor and Cher de Kalvarie...the full sister to Priobert de Kalvarie (Lesley Howard; main picture, video below) and to Quilano de Kalvarie (Michel Hecart; video below) which both could be admired at the beginning of this millenium on the most prestigious showgrounds of the world!!
